Would you please describe your thoughts on the Sacred Marriage and how someone can reach this with or without a physical or spiritual partner?

My Spirit Guide says: 

While this state is not a goal or achievement as such, it is integral to feeling whole as a human being. The Sacred Marriage means integrating, on the interior, both feminine and masculine feelings and aspects such that you are complete in and of yourself. You then do not “require” anything or anyone else in order to find fulfillment and purpose.

Many – most – people walk the Earth feeling vaguely if not profoundly uneasy, incomplete, as if they are missing a huge chunk of themselves somehow. This is due to the fact that they are spiritually bereft, making them only feel as if it is an emotional or even physical loss they are experiencing. All that is required, truly, to feel at One with yourself and then with the entire Universe is the desire to experience this amazing state. This is what has been esoterically referred to as the Sacred Marriage.

What is needed more than anything is a return to the Divine Feminine principle. Men are very divorced from this ideal, but today even a great number of women are alienated from it. In getting back to Goddess respect and worship, you return to the utter beginnings of Life itself being birthed. By ALLOWING in all things – specifically, allowing the feminine spirit to flow through you whether you are woman or man – you bring back the very flow of Life within your own veins.

This current world is largely the result of the masculine influence, whether in out and out war, dictatorship (control), cruelty to others or simply stubborn, righteous indignation. The feminine is what softens, comforts and brings love and a feeling of peace to all of the hardness out there. By consciously bringing in and encouraging the Divine Feminine into your own life, you also send this principle out into the world at large, which unconsciously begins to accept it bit by bit.

Accepting and absorbing the Divine Feminine does NOT mean that all men suddenly have to become and act as women. It is not a call to ditch their masculine natures but rather a desperate plea to realize and integrate the more loving aspects of Life and thereby promote a continuation of life on Earth. In order for everyone to even continue to exist physically upon the planet, “something’s gotta give.” In other words, there has to come a time, which is now, to bring a balance to existence for all of us, not just for the few who are “enlightened.”

All I would ask of anyone is that they think on this and see whether it holds true for them. The Sacred Marriage really is nothing more than the bringing together of the masculine and feminine that each of us embodies. Every one of us is both feminine and masculine in our bodies, minds, hearts and souls. It is up to each one to either accept or reject, to integrate or to disintegrate.

Would you not rather have your life whole than in shattered pieces? As in every question that comes up, it is completely up to you as to what you decide. Allow in the beautiful, the peaceful, the comforting and you will be allowing in the Divine Feminine to counterbalance your Divine Masculine, which is already such a large part of all of us. We all, the world at large, so need the feminine in life at this point in human history. We truly do not need more unrest, more argument, more hatred. We need the exact opposites of these, and you will find them by allowing the Goddess in.
