Unlike the trance state that Edgar Cayce and many others would go into, I’m more in a relaxed, meditative state. I meditate a little first, and then I open a Word document and begin typing what I feel are Richard’s dictations.
It’s funny in a way, because I really don’t know what I’ve typed until he stops and I can read what’s on the screen! Somehow it all manages to make sense, and of course I go over it later to correct any minor grammatical errors or just plain typos.
It’s a fascinating and pleasant process, unlike the trauma and melodrama portrayed on TV and in movies. I was extremely relieved at that, since with me the least amount of T & D the better!!
